Before you accept the transfer

Five seconds to set yourself up. Don't pick up the line until you've done these.

  • Read the full lead notes — buyer or seller, budget, timeline, area
  • Know whether the Zoom will be curated listings (buyer) or 3-number pricing (seller)
  • Have your calendar open — 2 evening or weekend Zoom slots ready
  • Mentally prep 1–2 'connect like a human' questions for their situation
  • DO NOT plan to re-ask budget/timeline/area — it's already in the notes
  • Smile. They can hear it. Pick up by the third ring.
